Hi, I’m Nikki and I’m on a mission to show people that when you take care your mind, become of aware of your own emotions and feelings, and take action towards your goals anything is possible!!! A few years ago I quit my full-time job because I found myself burnt out, exhausted and frustrated. As a working mom I knew there had to be a better way to work and live. So I created my own path that fits my life and my values. I'm here to tell you that there is no one size fits all when it comes to your career and your life! I am a certified meditation teacher and mindfulness life coach. I teach others how and why it's important to meditate and become more present in your life because when I did I was able to make drastic changes to my career and life. In 2020 The Stepping Up Planner was born out of necessity!! I needed a daily planner that allowed me to keep track of my own self-care, but also manage my daily schedule as a busy working mom.
