As a busy real estate agent, I saw the need for user-friendly technology and was able to put systems into place to help other agents increase their productivity. I developed a small company to assist agents with connecting their existing technology systems and then trained agents on using these systems. Our company culture is one of integrity, accountability, and teamwork, and we strive to offer you excellent customer service and communication with every step of the process. We develop training workshops for KW Agents utilizing KW Technology and their affiliates. We train throughout 14 KW market centers in the Houston Area.

This position responsibilities and experience included:Analyzing data to assist in recruiting associates who would be a good fit with the company culture. Hire and retain talent of management team to run office. Administered company Personality Assessment to aid in advising recruits and associates with their Career Visioning process. Encourage and assist associates in selecting continuing education and corporate university courses to help reach their goals. Established systems to track progress and communications on multiple projects with team members. Oversee all procedures and policies and update as needed. Work with Market Center Administrator on financials, budgets, overhead expenses and monthly transmittals required by corporate office. Promote technology tools provided by corporate to associates and train as needed. Provide associates with answers to contract questions or correct use of legally regulated documents. Maintain a balance of supporting benefits and value to associates without exceeding established budgets. Attend core training classes for leadership offered through corporate university curriculum as well as continuing education required by state regulations to maintain real estate license.

I know the successes and challenges of being an agent. As a top-producing agent at the Southwest Market Center in Sugar Land, TX, I participated in the launch of eEdge, a KW and Market Leader joint contact management and marketing technology system. During this launch, I witnessed the subsequent struggle many had utilizing the innovative tools. With a desire to help others succeed, I began training agents and offering technology solutions to leadership, soon becoming the Houston Area Director of KW Technology. To meet the growing demands for supporting the technology needs of 14 market centers I founded UpTechpro, Technology Solutions for Productivity. Starting with basic technology setups, my team has expanded to include paperless onboarding, dotloop (transaction document) dashboard management, website enhancements, and more.
