As President, Nicole develops and oversees execution of the strategic vision and direction of the companies comprising VTM Group, a $15 million-plus global marketing, communications, and consulting firm serving many of the world’s most influential and successful technology alliances and industry associations. Her role leads our Management & Logistics division, made up of six strategic business units; Engineering & Technical Services; and Nereus, our Strategic Communications and Marketing arm. She also works closely with company leadership on new business development and evaluation of new markets while continuing to offer consultation to emerging industry initiatives.During her nearly 15 year tenure with VTM Group, Nicole has taken organizations from start-up to de facto standardization by delivering intimate knowledge and best practices in the areas of board governance, membership management, technology marketing and corporate communications. Nicole’s role has focused on shaping policy and direction for the majority of clients that have been incorporated or transitioned to VTM. Nicole has also served as Executive Director for MultiMediaCard Association and UHAPI Forum.Prior to VTM, Nicole worked in public relations and event management, honing marketing best practices that she still applies today. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in both Marketing and Management from Portland State University. Nicole recently held a seat on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Society of Association Management (OSAM) and served as their Treasurer and Secretary. She is also a long-standing member of both the American Society of Association Executives and The Center for Association Leadership in addition to the National Association of Professional Women. In 2015, Nicole was selected as a Forty Under 40 honoree by the Association Forum of Chicagoland for her outstanding contributions to the association industry.
