Nicole Grigg concentrates her practice on Native American Law and Policy.Nicole is a proud member of the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake where she chairs the Election Board and Constitutional Review Committee and serves on the Scholarship Committee for her tribe. Through these roles she has gained extensive experience in tribal governance, policy making, and exposure to tribal law.While in law school, Nicole was the President of the Native American Law Students Association and served as a representative on the campus-wide American Indian Graduate Program Advisory Committee. Prior to joining Kaplan Kirsch, Nicole counseled clients on all aspects of intellectual property cases, from pre-litigation risk analysis for patents, trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights, to litigation management from complaint to appeal.
