My success developing business relationships within the industry comes from being an instinctive information seeker and natural born connector. The true passion in my work comes from helping people realize their ideas, focus their visions, and achieve their goals. In this, I have come to understand the importance of the high level of tact required in making introductions and a well-versed knowledge of available solutions to successfully make referrals to products or professionals. I hold myself to a high standard when it comes to integrity and because of this, I am personally unwilling, even incapable, of making referrals to anything I don't truly believe in myself. Being fulfilled in my work, I revel in knowing that I can connect people to one another and be the initial light that sparks lifelong business relationships. My experience, values, skills and passion has most recently led me to my current role as Director of Business Development for G-CON Manufacturing where I am responsible for connecting our team of experts and consultants to the decision makers in companies within the Life Science industry.
