While continuing to work through the Alzheimer's Association, the role of Bilingual Care Coach at Kinto is a part of a year-long collaborative project focusing on completing Phase II of a research study funded through the National Institute of Health (NIH).Role responsibilities include: - Managing care and support for each cycle of 15-32 dementia caregivers - Assisting caregivers in creating a plan of action for each 6 week cycle (and beyond)- Connecting caregivers to local and national resources- Facilitating 6 support group meetings for each cycle
