Monitors the survey ordering system ensuring all orders are received across the multiple processes and imported . Assists underwriters with ordering questions and provides aid in which report should be ordered depending on the type of risk. Creates notification letters to send to insureds to advise of the upcoming inspection on behalf of the carrier. Confirms with underwriters that information on the request is accurate and pulls duplicate orders placed. Knowledgeable with client specific systems, such as LC360, BriteCore and Myriad, reports ordered for various risks, client specific policy numbers and requirements. Monitors the survey export process ensuring reports are delivered to the appropriate systems. This process includes running multiple reports, data analysis and monitoring the FTP logs at the carriers normal connection times to confirm all reports available have been accounted for.

Worked closely with the Underwriters to provide assistance with ordering, billing issues, hazards and recs, inspection status and disputes. Communicated with Brokers to obtain information needed for the inspection and answered any questions. Directly worked with insureds to coordinate inspections, answer questions, and ensure inspection deadlines were met to avoid cancellation. Expedited rush orders at the Underwriters request when a NOC was pending. Handled order cancellations and re-opens when requested. Became Point of Contact for various underwriters and assisted manager in overseeing one of the Tier 1 accounts.
