At the age of 10, I decided to start a babysitting business (it was an earlier time and kids babysit other kids ha). Even at a young age, I knew that networking in my neighborhood, school, local activity centers, church, etc. were crucial to succeeding at building my brand. And I succeeded. That business supplemented my allowance quite well until I graduated high school and began my career journey. My natural abilities and the skills I developed in that time became the foundation of my previous roles as a B2B Account Manager, Sales Representative, Partner Success Manager, and even now as a Call Center Specialist.Building long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships is the backbone of any business and I will deliver measurable results that positively impact an organization's bottom line while being a strong voice for the customer. I thrive in exceeding expectations and guarantee white-glove service for every account. With perseverance, empathetic listening and discovery acumen, I know a client's difficulties, future needs, and long-term goals. Always open to collaboration, constructive criticism and growth, I will not just get the job done, I will go above and beyond with quality as the focus. When I’m not on the job, I love working with animal rescue organizations, getting lost in a good book, working my way through every recipe I have saved over the years, and knocking off the personal goals on this year's bucket list. And I still babysit on occasion, however, it's now typically for the furry kid variety. If you're interested in getting together for a virtual coffee date, discussing a new opportunity, or just bantering about the industry, please shoot me a message.
