Founded my own company to assist other entrepreneurs + business owners with digital management services. Solopreneurship included monthly invoicing, finding own clients, personal system auditing, creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, and other day-to-day business operations.

I was the first Business Manager in this company. When I started there were minimal efficiently working workflow, a Standard Operating Procedure process that was half built, and basic business operations that needed to be flushed out. Here are some broad-picture tasks that I've accomplished in this role:• Strategized + implemented a fully new offboarding system within one month of working together by creating automations using Zapier between multiple systems (such as- Dubsado, Kajabi and ClickUp)• Suggested + then implemented new team procedures - including a team Google Calendar, Google Drive, quarterly meetings and automated weekly check-ins• Created a brand-new way of doing SOPs, as well as, continually add new SOPs and improving old ones • Set up + manage projects in ClickUp, Dubsado, Kajabi and more• Created a brand new automated sales workflow so there is less hands-on tasks - which has increased daily efficiencies

• Organized case management software system for optimal office use for all attorneys and paralegals• Responsible for transitioning case file system from hard copy to soft copy for cases from 2016 to present • Compose case files for hearings, send correspondence letters, answer phones and other office duties

Developed a new Policy Book as well as checked to make sure all rules were being followed. Created their first soft copy Policy Book. And, contributed to editing newsletters, designing bulletin boards and answering phones.
