With over a decade of expertise in the fields of instructional design, organizational development, and change management, I offer a unique combination of skills and knowledge. Currently serving as an instructional designer and developer at C.G. Bretting Manufacturing, I work closely with subject matter experts, content developers, and graphic designers to design, develop, implement, and evaluate effective learning solutions. I am responsible for managing all training projects from start to finish and oversee the development of our video-based mLearning platform. Additionally, I maintain our training content library, ensuring it remains up-to-date with current learning demands.As a former Change Agent at C.G.
