Formulate marketing, sales processes, new products, and business-development strategies to drive revenue growth. Surpassed highest revenues in 20 years for Pine Knob Music Theatre for the 2023 season, with $9.96 million in revenues, increasing revenues year-over-year.  Hit and surpassed the goal for 313 Premium Access Seating 6 months into the sales cycle due to redesign of the program in 2020 and 2021 and re-training of over 100 sales and service representatives.  Designed and executed sales strategy, marketing plan, training programs, and new products to continue to push the growth of the premium sales team to over $14 million in 2022. Have surpassed these numbers 6 months into the sales year for 2023. Provided strong training and coaching, to execute a 90% renewal rate post-pandemic and the highest in over 5 years while increasing pricing. Transitioned, rebranded, designed new marketing programs, and restructured the Premium Program at the Fox Theatre, by consolidation on re-sale tickets and restoring price integrity and product awareness to increase individual suite rentals, season ticket revenue, and suite lease revenue.  Led the start of a new department and growth of that department, by creating an aggressive compensation plan, networking within the industry, and providing performance driven incentives. Redesigned sales policies and procedures, which led to a reduction in complimentary tickets and suites and increased overall revenues.
