As a massage therapist since 2000, I have dedicated my life to the study of how touch can affect the human body. My studies led to an 8 year career in hospice, serving patients from newborn to geriatric. I feel a responsibility to help grow the massage profession and foster new opportunities for our industry, bringing the gift of touch to more populations and legitimizing the art and science of touch. I am proud to support my husband, Matthew Howe as his partner at Touch Education, where he teaches new skills to therapists who are hungry for new possibilities in helping their clients overcome pain, anxiety, PTSD, fertility issues, and headaches. In 2019, I completed my studies with Hatha Yoga School, deepening my skill in treating the body and the nervous system through mindful movement. I teach Gentle Yoga at Practice Yoga Cincinnati where I also have my massage practice. My focus is on working with injuries, trauma, and people looking to take their first step into self-care. I love what I do!
