I have an Associate of Science degree in Music and Video Business from The Art Institutes, where I learned the fundamentals of the entertainment industry, including production, marketing, and distribution. I am currently a Customer Service Specialist at Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, where I assist customers with the purchase of event tickets, provide general venue information, and distribute will-call tickets.In my role at Kravis Center, I use my communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to ensure a positive and memorable experience for the patrons. I also promote and suggest upgraded experiences and add-ons, such as VIP packages, backstage tours, and gift cards, to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of box office representatives, supervisors, and managers, who share my passion for arts and culture. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, such as the computerized ticketing system, and to support the organization's mission and vision.
