As a member of Bank of America's Trust, Estates, and Tax leadership team, I work to develop and deliver innovative, best-in-class capabilities to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth clients for Bank of America's Private Bank and Merrill Lynch business lines. In my role, I am responsible for the talent development and career pathing of our fiduciary associates, including recruitment, training, in-role development, performance management and professional advancement. To do so I bring a focus on business enablement to our talent planning process, ensuring our associates have the education, technology, and resources to develop in their careers and deliver for clients. I identify and execute on efficiency enhancements for our organization as I manage fiduciary risk through the ownership of several key management and governance routines within the fiduciary organization.

Trust and Investment Management subject matter expert, responsible for the recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development of a cross-functional team of relationship management and fiduciary support associates in one of the largest markets within the Private Bank. I led this team to deliver excellence in the client service experience through ownership of client issues, client satisfaction, and the delivery of the Private Bank’s full capabilities. As a fiduciary leader I also advised on the Private Bank support role redesign strategic initiative for enhanced career mobility for our early talent and provided leadership, strategy, and oversight for Enterprise Council of top performers and change agents.

Led selective national career advancement program for fiduciary support associates to become Trust Officers, creating training material and program examinations. Training and development coordinator for market’s fiduciary team, mentoring new hires and tenured associates and designing continuing education program for ongoing in-role development.

Training and development coordinator for Upper New England fiduciary leadership team, supporting new hires with onboarding and tenured associates with continuing education opportunities. Managed key business metrics and reporting for market executives in areas of performance management and financial forecasting.

Managed large book of 450+ trust and investment management accounts for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, representing over $650 million in assets under management, in partnership with Senior Trust Officer. Facilitated gifting and financial transfers for clients and beneficiaries and wrote legal and fiduciary interpretations of trust agreement provisions. Additionally served as team leader for trust support associates, responsible for creation of comprehensive three-week training program, later adopted by all Private Bank, for new TAO hires based on 200-page training manual I authored on trust and estate administration. Created and led cross-functional leadership group to field associate feedback, increase efficiency, and develop best practices between lines of business.

Assisted major investment brokerage firm to create a business plan and ready itself for over-the-counter derivatives regulation and performed anti-money laundering due diligence for a major international bank through senior political figure identification.
