Under direction from the Executive Director who oversees all departments of the organization, I oversee administrative functions that includes supporting the Executive Team and leadership members, in addition to directly supporting the providers of the practice. I assist in delegating and helping manage the time of the administrative team I am part of. Core responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings internally and externally, drafting communications for both internal and external needs, relationship maintenance, credentialing activities, and practice-wide project organization and management for the Executive Director. I help the Executive Director ensure smooth operations and effective communication occurs across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsible for planning, organizing and delivering appropriate activities to enhance the skills of players. Requires the ability to teach multiple ages. Includes identifying team needs and implementing necessary instruction and changes to succeed. The ultimate goal is to allow these players to reach their full potential for their age, with encouragement and skill development along the way. Responsible for content management of both the organization's website and social media accounts. Implement marketing tactics to continually grow the club in both coach and family/ player count.Responsible for recruitment assistance and coordination for our organization's athletes. Allowing players to make valuable connections with potential college recruits.Responsible for club partnerships that benefit our athletes and families while also benefiting local organizations/ companies through a partnership.
