My role is to implement the marketing strategies, create the collateral, identify the customer requirements and lead on the role out for the National New Homes Team. It's also critical the websites and online activity is updated by myself on a daily basis to reflect our plot availability and brand message.

I was a PRIDE Award Winner in 2019 for Excellence McCarthy and Stone is a 5-star housebuilder offering luxury age exclusive apartments for the over 55's. My role was to manage the marketing strategy, implementation and budgets for multiple developments across the West Midlands, Warwickshire & Wales. With end to end offline and online marketing tools used this role was face paced, something I thoroughly enjoy.

Intelligent Investments is foremost in delivering actionable insights to private investors throughout the UK on a range of investment opportunities, gaining a substantial following with private investors opting in to receive regular digests and updates on new investment opportunities. My role was to support the sales team with the customer journey and creating the collateral and strategy to make it happen.

Introducing new ideas, strategies (online and otherwise) and campaigns to support the rollout and development of upcoming product launches. The company has already started and executed successfully a content marketing strategy. my role was to embellish it across the entire company and expand on the solid foundations already made.

After taking my own dog to Canine Hydrotherapy and seeing the changes first hand I decided to retrain as a Canine Hydrotherapist to understand in more detail how the body heels after trauma. I loved it so much I worked at a Hydrotherapy Centre a few hours during the weekend. As a Canine Hydrotherapist, I was a crucial part of the recovery process for dogs recuperating from injury and preparing those which needed surgery by building muscle and improving flexibility through various exercises in the water. In addition to the post and pre-surgical side I also swam dogs purely for exercise and fun. I loved it and within two months I took the proud role of pool manager and the running of the centre when it was my shift.

Very proud to have spent time working at this boutique design and marketing agency in one of the busiest towns in Warwickshire that brought new and exciting challenges everyday. Dealing with many commercial and residential property developers and acting as a virtual graphic design and marketing department, Shebang was face paced, frequently receiving last minute requests and multi-site promotional requests on a daily basis. With strong relationships in place and a key customer journey strategy the customer retention rate was second to none. They know what they are doing and they do it well!

BLACKDOWN UK is a team building events company comprising of former-special forces and business professionals. I was responsible for the entire Marketing mix. Working with little to no budget in the early years I was always looking for more creative ways to gain following and interest, this included good old fashioned telesales which I believe still has a place in todays marketing efforts. All of the events required different set ups dependent on the client we were working with so no two events were ever the same. This was by far the most challenging, but also the most rewarding role I have undertaken in my marketing career. I learnt an incredible amount across the board and I'm delighted with what was achieved.

EU Skills is an employer-led membership organisation that helps to ensure the gas, power, waste management and water industries have the skills they need - now and in the future. I was one, working in a marketing team of four and my role was the external communications and marketing plans including budgets and showcase events. The events were very glitz and glamour, all achieved with modest budgets. Being the external Marcomms Manager for four sectors had it challenges, deadlines were quite literally at every corner as every piece of activity had to be done four times to ensure all four sectors had the information most relevant to them. My ability to motivate and gather information from my skilled colleagues was a key part of my responsibilities and a part of the job I throughly enjoyed. I am definitely a people person!

Semta and the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing represent an exciting evolution for employers, encouraging them to take control of the design and delivery of learning in their industry. I was fortunate to work with the 13 academies and lead their events engagement. My role was to support the Marketing Manager in the delivery of all planned marketing campaigns, events and budget management. My role developed into leading the events team and working with all external stakeholders to gain support and sponsorship to ensure truly unforgettable and successful events.
