CurrentAs the Strategic Partnership Lead at Meta, I drive the growth and engagement of the music ecosystem on Instagram by managing high-impact relationships with top artists in Hip Hop, Pop, and R&B, alongside emerging talent and industry influencers. In this role, I execute bespoke, high-profile artist activations and short-form content strategies across Meta’s video surfaces, identifying unique and innovative opportunities for artists to maximize Meta’s tools and platforms.I work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including Partner Marketing, Communications, and Editorial—to create and operationalize strategic talent programs aligned with company goals, such as brand campaigns, product launches, and exclusive content initiatives. My efforts have included successful activations and album release campaigns with artists like Billie Eilish, Latto, Chance The Rapper, Doechii, Anderson .Paak, DJ Khaled, and Megan Thee Stallion, enhancing their visibility and engagement with fans on Instagram and Facebook.Through strategic thinking, deep industry insight, and proven content strategy execution, I serve as an internal advocate for music partners, driving their objectives and amplifying their presence across Meta’s platforms.
