In-house designer of The Institute. TTI Brand Custodian ensuring the Institute’s visual identity and artistic direction are consistent and on brand in all print and web assets. Managing external freelancers workload and own projects. Working on multiple projects simultaneously. Working directly with clients across all departments such as membership, education, events and corporate to understand their individual needs and requirements while ensuring these fit in with the greater TTI brand. Designing, arranging and managing the production of yearly Web and Print TTI member benefit products.Key projects / achievements:– Successful delivery of a year-long key project, our largest face to face event to date: The Tax Summit, hosted at the ICC Sydney (1300 attendees). Part of the project team, executing multiple social media campaigns leading up to the event to meet sales targets, during and post event communications; rolling out and overseeing all branded assets for the event, onsite including print and digital.– Redesigning and transitioning our no.1 Member product The Taxation of Australia Journal publication from print to digital formats. Working directly with our editor to ensure our communication style, content and design are on brand.– Women in Tax, developing assets for a series of women focused events for the tax industry. Campaigns, promotions and web assets.– TTI Community, assets for campaigns and website. Working with the developer on the development of the website to improve the UI & UX and ensure branding consistency.– Tax Summit: Project Reform, designing the logo and rolling out branding and marketing materials for the series of events leading up to the main event. Reviewing website look and feel, UI & UX and updating content in Wordpress site.– Working closely with our Senior Tax Advocate to created quick to market infographics and communications on newly released ATO communications on topics such as JobKeeper 1.0–2.1.

Brought on to design and develop a range of communications materials for use across internal and external marketing communications. Tasked with a rebranding project to rebrand over 1,000 collateral pieces including application forms, corporate publications and marketing material.

Rolling out campaign assets in a fast paced agency environment for multiple clients such as Cathay Pacific, Samsung, Imperial Tobacco, Sanitarium and Blackmores. Ensuring the client’s brand guidelines are adhered to and deadlines are met.

Providing graphic design solutions for the directorate, internal and external stakeholders. Including departmental publications and digital products as well as all communication, advertisement and promotional materials.

Part time graphic designer for IRM while studying my Master of Design. Working mainly on corporate design projects including, annual report design, advertisement design, Powerpoint presentations, brochures, corporate proposals as well as website design and layout proposals for a range of clients. Working on all DTP and layout work for a variety of clients. Projects included packaging, Point of Sale items, magazines, brochures, flyers and web elements for campaigns and activations. I was involved with brain storming for campaigns and played a key role in projects from the initial concept stage to print ready stage. CLIENTS: The Coca-Cola Company (CocaCola, Powerade and Sprite), Kimberly-Clark (Huggies, Kleenex and Kotex), Neutrogena, Clover and South African Breweries (Carling Black Label, Hansa and Redd’s), Capitec Bank and Baby Soft.

DTP Artist for Woolworths South Africa, working on design and layout of product packaging projects for their homewares, clothing and food brands.

My role consisted of working on the design and layout of magazines, logos, corporate IDs, banners, flyers and marketing material. High attention to detail, taking projects from concept to print-ready stage. The majority of my time was spent running the Encounter Africa print and digital magazine project, from meeting and dealing with the client directly, to sourcing images, design and layout of magazine, as well as print setup and liaising with printers. Scheduling work and managing my own time and deadlines.
