Managed the defense of the Securities Exchange Commission's investigation into purported misuse of "alternative data" that pre-dated my tenure with the company; the resulting SEC enforcement action report is now widely referenced as the seminal case charting the agency’s road map for boosting oversight of the growing but largely unregulated big data sector.
