About Dr Nicole Lee

With 35 years experience in the mental health and alcohol and other drug sectors, I am a strong and innovative leader driven to make a positive impact on society and individuals.My mission is to translate evidence into action to reduce harms from alcohol and other drugs and improve mental health. My vision is for the mental health and alcohol and other drug sectors to be at the forefront of health innovation and social justice.I’m a problem solver with a unique ability to turn organisations around to achieve their best. My expertise and experience crosses treatment, research, education, advocacy, and media.I’m so proud of the two very different but equally high performing teams I have built and nurtured at Hello Sunday Morning and 360Edge. One a unique support organisation that is the largest online community in the world for alcohol behaviour change. The other a dynamic for-purpose consultancy that helps organisations and governments improve their alcohol and other drug and mental health policies and practices.I am also Adjunct Professor at the National Drug Research Institute and Board Member of The Loop Australia, one of only two drug checking services in Australia.
