Global Learning Vendor Operations Project Manager
My first order of business was creating the Vendor Score Card. This included the technical skills of Excel to create charts, pivot tables and data points to show the overall performance of all vendors who support Johnson and Johnson. These score cards allow Johnson and Johnson, with their vendors, a two way conversation on performance. In addition, these score cards were used to move both parties to the next level of performance.
