I'm always on my toes and looking forward to my next challenge.Throughout my years working in IT, I have come to place high value in building relationships with customers and helping them to understand how technology can help make their businesses more efficient and equipped for growth. I take special care to helping users troubleshoot problems while also providing guidance on how to use and maintain their hardware and software. Juggling college courses while working part and full time, I furthered my education in the Information Technology field with a special interest in Cybersecurity and Networking. I can not stress enough how important security is in our world of technology and I look forward to fighting against these rampant threats.
