During this period, the PMCM Practice grew rapidly from $30 m - $100 m in annual bookings, and transitioned from a predominantly buildings practice to a significant infrastructure practice. I developed strong relationships with these decision makers and learned about the construction management industry. Positions that I typically hired for were: Construction Manager, Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, Claims Analyst, Project Controls Manager, Scheduler, Estimator, Marketing & Proposal Specialist, Project Engineer, Office Engineer, and Document Controls Manager.
