Keystone Community Services is a St. Paul- based multi-service non-profit focusing on strengthening the capacity of individuals and families to improve their quality of life through providing human services in the areas of youth, senior and basic needs programming. FOSS Swim School is a revolutionary swimming program with 13 locations in Minnesota and Illinois, with 80000 active swimmers, 1000,000 graduates, 2 American Record Holders and 1 Olympic Gold Medalist. Nicole teaches their highly competitive program featuring 13 individualized swimming levels with corresponding lesson plans, learning outcomes and technique adjustments. Key Accomplishments:• Teach level-specific swimming techniques to youth ages 3-10 years • Manage swim classes from 1-5 students including safety rules• Facilitate 5 repetitions of 6 different exercises per child in 30 minutes• Include 30 technique adjustments per-child each lesson to increase muscle memory• Communicate learning outcomes to parents during lesson• Notice and correct techniques for each level• Completed CPR Certification
