After several years of navigating my own health challenges, from generalized anxiety to digestive issues and being genetically predisposed to an elevated risk of breast and ovarian cancer, I realized how significant of a gap there is in our existing health care system. So many of us are wandering around blindly, trying to make sense of diagnoses, symptoms, and differing opinions from doctors while simultaneously losing touch with ourselves along the way.We're so very fixated on the outside noise that we disassociate from what lies within.It was during my own health journey, one marked by immense research and a deep-dive into functional medicine, that I realized the true power of the quantum field - and my unique space within it - to help bring awareness, healing, and an innate ability to guide my clients back to their magic. In parallel with my quantum energy work and health coaching practice, I remain deeply embedded in my longstanding career (and lifelong passion!) as a writer.
