Managed the financial systems team while supporting the management, operation, and maintenance of Endo's financial system, primarily OneStream as well as aspects of SAP and JDE. Additional system management duties included:• Actively monitor, maintain, and update OneStream.• Commitment of metadata, business rule and reporting updates.• Determine and implement process improvements during ongoing reviews with various departments. • Prepare SOX and internal control documentation.• Point person for end-user training, system requests, ad hoc questions and issue resolution. • Acted as liason between finance business users and IT as needed.

Assisted the Consolidations Manager with the timely and accurate completion of the monthly consolidation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. I acted as a liaison to all company locations with respect to consolidation activities and prepared the global close and consolidation calendar. I assisted in the coordination of SOX control testing with internal and external auditors while also preparing SOX documentation as required each month and quarter. Separately, I acted as financial systems administrator by taking responsibility for the integrity of data within the financial reporting application (OneStream). I participated on the project team tasked with the design, development and implementation of OneStream to replace all Hyperion systems. Additional systems administration duties included:• Commitment of metadata changes after proper approvals.• Assisted end user with training, system requests, questions, and issues.• SAP maintenance tasks including cost center management.• Determined process efficiencies during ongoing reviews with various departments interacting with OneStream.

Managed various aspects of global coordination efforts for monthly consolidation of a 90+ legal entity structure in 30+ currencies. I was responsible for the overall integrity and accuracy of the global consolidated financial statements, partnering with regional close coordinators to complete each period. I maintained hierarchies within HFM including the entire spectrum of metadata and produced a close package documenting Axalta’s adherence to all internal and SOX controls. I directed the chart of accounts project with the goals of reorganizing, defining and implementing an updated global chart of accounts. I also lead the definition, creation and implementation of standardized HFM reports for more efficient reporting.

Responsible for populating and consolidating over fifteen global locations in HFM. Once consolidated, I produced the monthly financial reporting for internal analysis and as required by the Brazilian public parent company, Marfrig Global Foods. I acted as a bridge between the business technology services and finance departments, serving as an HFM administrator while also understanding and applying accounting principles and requirements. I also served as Keystone’s project lead on Marfrig’s HFM implementation as well as project manager on many internal HFM related initiatives.

I led the reporting and analysis of intercompany and SG&A activity with all department heads and Board of Directors reporting. I jointly served as HFM administrator and took the lead on managing issues that arose, acting as the main contact during the upgrade process.

Supervised A/P Specialists, reviewed daily processing of AP vouchers, including auditing vouchers for accuracy, proper account coding, payment terms, and resolving all payment issues with vendors. I also reviewed sales tax for each invoice and signed off on all AP payments.

I managed general accounting functions for a manufacturer generating annual sales in excess of $300 million. I prepared and reviewed approximately 50 monthly journal entries as well as monitored all other general ledger transactions. Accountability extended to the production of the monthly financial package which included 12-15 financial schedules submitted to the board and executive level management.
