Nicole has over fifteen years of extensive business management and human resources experience. She specializes in the design, development and implementation of strategic Human Resources solutions integrated with the mission, vision and values of the business.A seasoned professional with progressive experience in providing effective human resources management, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational design and development, and recruitment and selection, Nicole’s background includes over fifteen years as a Director of Human Resources in the healthcare and manufacturing industries where she was responsible for setting up new or assessing existing HR functions, identifying and delivering clear employee communications, designing performance management processes, developing policies and procedures, identifying solutions for meeting compliance requirements, and implementing effective change management initiatives.Nicole has significant experience in executive and managerial feedback and coaching. In addition to her time as Director of Human Resources she served as an Adjunct Instructor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota teaching Strategic Management for the Masters of Organizational Leadership Degree.Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Communications and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Leadership Development. Nicole is also an Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP), is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a member of the Southwest Metro Human Resource Association (SWMHRA).
