My career started just over 11 years ago and I have spent the entire time at Med USA. As a Revenue Cycle Management manager one of the favorite parts of what I do is the ongoing communications I have with many of our clients. When feedback or even a challenge comes along, finding the answers for the long-term resolution is what drives me.I know with my job responsibilities here at Med USA, we are changing the world for the better. We recently had a clinic come on board with over $1 million pending in their account receivables. Adding to that problem, was a billing turn-around time of 70 days plus. In the last few months that dollar amount for A/R was cut nearly in half and their turn-around times have decreased to 26 days. That definitely changes their world and is one of many examples of what my team and I do at Med USA.As we continue to make a positive impact on the medical billing industry I look forward to fueling our client’s successes.
