Support the Digital Marketing department to plan and execute brand initiatives to enhance brand positioning - focusing on brands Jurlique, 111SKIN, Bottega Verde, and Patchology1. Digital Marketing and E-Commerce- Develop and manage strategic online campaigns and activities to support launches and events - Track and analyze effectiveness of campaigns and promotions- Manage online activities such as customer relationship management and optimisation of operations pertaining to sales delivery and fulfilment.2. Social Media Management - Develop social media content, artwork and marketing collaterals - Analyze Facebook Ads for tracking performances and metrics with tools such as Google Analytics- Liaise with third-party marketing agencies to manage Jurlique's brand social calendar with objectives of increasing engagement rates and followers3. PR- Coordinate all public relations activities for all managed brands (Jurlique, 111SKIN, Bottega Verde, Patchology)- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts with the business and beauty industry. Manage media inquiries and interview requests.- Plan and create content for press kits including press releases, speeches and keynote presentations- Monitor, analyze and present PR results on a quarterly basis in order to evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advistising.

1. Retail Marketing- Assist in various in-store marketing activities to encourage traffic and consumer activation - Assist with the communication and coordination of marketing activities throughout the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand)- Conduct monthly reports and analysis for Singapore and Southeast countries2. Digital & E-Commerce- Support brand e-commerce operations and digital projects to widen the customer base and create brand buzz- Support the set-up and updating of e-commerce platforms- Drive and participate in the creation of regional digital contents and assets

• Build and raise awareness of brands through events, campaigns and various initiatives• Developed and recommended communication plans & promotions to motivate consumer activation and increase sales• Spear-headed an ad-hoc project aimed to incentivize and encourage merchandisers to improve visibility and accessibility of Nestle products

• Daily media monitoring• Supporting client teams on a range of communications activities – background research, compiling press materials & media lists, developing initial drafts of communications materials for review, conducting RSVP calls• Event Management
