Job Description: Manage the RFP process by communicating with the Sales Rep, Underwriter and Broker to meet Broker's deadlines.Job Duties:- Conduct thorough screening of RFP's including preparing the RFP submission package. - Underwrite cases to match current benefits and/or provide any options requested by the Broker. When necessary, I partner with the Underwriting team on any plans that require additional approval.- Partner with the Sales Rep to ensure timely delivery of proposals. Sometimes this includes generating proposals, discounting per Sales Rep's discretion and sending the final proposal to the Broker.- Coordinate sold case submissions including data collection and integrity, process efficiency and cycle time. I process with a high standard of accuracy and completeness to facilitate a smooth transition between the acquisition and installation processes.- Support the office by maintaining effective relationships with my peers, being a team player and as needed, providing administrative support for daily operational needs.

Job Description: Assisting National Account Managers on groups of 250 lives and above.Job Duties:- Respond to phone calls and emails from brokers and clients.- Create benefit summaries and enrollment forms.- Coordinate enrollment meetings including delivery of all enrollment materials and schedule contracted enroller to attend the meeting. - Generate extensive reports for brokers and clients on a quarterly basis including comparative reports and claims experience.- Assemble customized binders for new group implementation and inforce renewals.- Work with National Account Managers on special projects as needed.
