As an Ecommerce partnership co-ordinator my role involves working with 15 different businesses to help maximise potential growth opportunities and to grow their online sales. My daily job roles involve analysing site sales, and looking at organic & PPC traffic, monitoring the bounce rate and conversion rate. I have to monitor and implement adwords (CPC) campaigns for all of my sites, including both google shopping and text ads. Aiming towards a 1 in 10 ROI, I am consistently looking for new ways to maximise our ads and increase both the conversion rate and ROI.SEO plays a big part in growing our sites online, and when we launch new sites I have to ensure that all meta data includes original content that is keyword-focused. I also create new product listings for my sites on an almost daily basis, in which I have to create new content which focuses on keyword-focused titles and descriptions to optimise the visibility and ranking of the product and overall site. I also plan and create keyword focused blogs for each of my sites, including original content, topical subjects and any relevant links. Moving away from content writing, I also use MOZ to track SEO campaigns for my sites which flag up any issues, and locates any areas that could improve the overall SEO and DA of the site. We also conduct backlink audits on all of our sites which have to be submitted through webmaster tools.All new product listings are also uploaded to external sales platforms including Ebay and Amazon, and I am proficient in Google Merchant, identifying errors, warnings and running google merchant promotions from the site through this medium.We use social media every day for our sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google + and LinkedIn. I worked at a Summer camp called Lake Greeley in PA,USA for 9 weeks. my job role was to act as a counselor towards the children who were aged between 5-16. I was also responsible for different groups of 11-12 year old girls in a cabin, the groups of children tended to change over after 2 week or 4 week sessions while some stayed for the whole time. I also had to work closely with a special needs girl who had aspurges for 2 weeks. I was also a lifeguard and swimming teacher during activity sessions in the day.

Lifeguard - Responsible for life guarding an Olympic size pool,diving boards and a fun pool. Dry side - Responsible for setting up sports equipment in the sports hall, being gymnastics equipment,badminton nets,football,netball and trampolines.equipment.Cleaning - Ensuring the health and safety of the changing rooms and pool side by keeping it clean and dry.
