Commenced leading the teams responsible for key governance processes and Freehold leases.In addition to prior items at Coles:• Manage governance of directors approval for property capital and lease approvals• Developed online systems and processes to streamline directors approval• Authorisation that all contractual commitments are in accordance with approval• Freehold lease integrity including initial lease audit and process improvement

Project led process and system enhancements that facilitated in budgeting and forecasting from core data and input assumptions all within the one system. This resulted in expanding the team to analyse financial impact of occupancy costs variation on business result. At the same time as taking on the Coles Express portfolio. In addition to prior items at Coles:• Occupancy Cost Analysis including monthly commercial variance reporting and forecasting, annual corporate planning and budgeting• Coles Express head lease and sublease management

Post centralisation of the liquor business from New South Wales, and the Officeworks brand, led a team of property professionals focussed on the management of all tenant lease obligations.In addition to prior items at Coles:• Lease Renewal negotiation on approximately 150 leases per annum• Market Rent review negotiation• Tenant and Landlord repair and maintenance dispute management
