• Spearheaded the onboarding process for over 1,000 colleagues annually and cultivated greater office community amongst new joiners through creation of new hire events.• Refined crisis management, communication, and judgement skills through participation in difficult conversations (firings, performance check-ins, layoffs, disability leave conversations, etc.) with colleagues throughout six offices (3,000+ employees)• Analyzed current processes and developed innovative solutions to better address employee needs, including implementing a new audit procedure for overdrawn sick hours, resulting in the recovery of over 1,000 overpaid days, and standardizing policy management across all U.S. offices to promote equity.

In starting full-time at Goldman, I split my time between the Equity Compensation and Employee Special Investment teams. The Equity Compensation team is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all equity granted by the firm (grant, delivery, release, departure treatment, estate planning, etc.). The Employee Special Investments team provides an opportunity for GS employee's to invest in modified versions of the private equity offerings created in our Merchant Banking division. Finding more of passion for the Equity Compensation space, I transitioned to a full-time Equity Compensation employee a few months into my tenure at the firm. After a little over a year in this role, I was recently promoted to Senior Analyst. Below, I have outlined a few of my primary job responsibilities.- Conducted daily risk audits of 15,000+ brokerage accounts with financial impact of over $3 billion across 3 different systems and implemented appropriate changes- Built the annual systems infrastructure for over 300 unique equity plans being granted to 10,000 individuals across 10+ countries- Handled firmwide Equity Compensation education initiatives through large-scale presentations (groups of 100+) to external teams, created internal training materials, and redesigned website- Refined communication and customer services skills through ownership of Equity Compensation inbox (approx. 300 inquiries a week)

As a member of Alpha Kappa Psi's Alpha Nu Membership team I am responsible for the development and mentorship of the chapter's petitioning new members. Throughout a period of 10 weeks, our team guides these petitioning members in their professional development. We work to assist them in completing 35 mock interviews as well as conduct numerous professionalism lessons (resume building, LinkedIn creation, job creation). Being able to mentor these 25 petitioning members and give back to a chapter who has given back so much to me has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have had at the University of Arizona.

This past summer, I had the opportunity to work as a summer analyst for Goldman Sach’s Human Capital Management division. My role was on the Reporting and Metrics team which is responsible for running background analytics in an effort to help senior leaders better manage their divisions. Some of my specific roles included: transforming data into information through the analysis of historical data with a sample size of over 90,000; assisting in running and analyzing weekly and monthly attrition and headcount reports to monitor growth trends; and creating multiple metrics dashboards and presented to global senior leadership groups of 60+ which refined data visualization and public speaking skills.

The true epitome of the #EllerExperience, my role as ECA Alumni and Special Events Coordinator allows me to be involved with almost every event going on within the undergraduate school of business. My team within the undergraduate office is responsible for brainstorming innovative ways to market our events to both alumni and students. In this results-oriented position, we set clear objectives for each event and run post-event analytics to gauge our ability to meet these objectives for each of the 20+ events within our office each year.

My time working in the Alumni and Development Office is incredibly valuable because I got to opportunity to observe first-hand the development of donor outreach strategies. The office was tasked with questions of "how do we extend the Eller Experience into a lifelong experience?". Watching the team cycle through various initiatives for donor engagement and try to tackle this questions allowed me to gain valuable insight into creating unique customer experiences.

With 32,000 attendees and over $60,000 raised for on-campus clubs and organizations,Spring Fling is the largest student-run carnival and one of the University of Arizona’s longest standing, most celebrated traditions. I could not be more excited to be joining Spring Fling in it’s 45th year at the University of Arizona. This semester, I have been redesigning the corporate sponsorship package to better position Spring Fling as a brand as well as provide more attractive opportunities for local businesses. Always results-oriented, I am working hard to reach a goal of $30,000 in corporate sponsorships.

Always have gravitated to integrated marketing rather than content creation, the role of Associate Director of Marketing was one that immediately pushed me outside my comfort zone. Through designing various student organization's logos, advertisements, and apparel, I gained significant experience in Adobe Creative Suite and brand creation. I was able to combine these competencies with basic web-design skills to create a new Marketing and Public Relations Department website which aligned more seamlessly with the University of Arizona's overarching brand.

In the role of Assistant Director of Field Operations, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Ray Cammack Shows (RCS), Tucson PD, and the Spring Fling team within ASUA to coordinate the logistics of the largest run student carnival in the nation. This role required drafting and negotiating contracts with over 35 different ride vendors and serving as the point for crisis management during load-in, the events itself, and load-out. This role demanded attention to detail, relationship building, and efficient problem-solving.

Serving as Vice President of Public Relations enables me to give back to the members of an organization that has given me so much during my time at the University of Arizona. As a liaison of chapter, I am charged with outreach to and relationship management with various campus recruiters. My goal is to brand Alpha Kappa Psi favorably in the eyes of recruiters to assist members in gaining internships and entry-level positions.

In wanting to pursue involvement in other organizations and continue to give back to a cause that was so close to my heart, I took a smaller role within our philanthropy team this past year in focusing solely on Red Dress Gala. Having put on my third Red Dress Gala this past October, I was able to help our chapter raise around $70,000 for the Alpha Phi Foundation and Sarver Heart Center.

Growing up with family affected by Women's Heart Disease, my role as Director of Internal Philanthropies has been the most rewarding position I have ever held. In this role, I was responsible for the planning and execution of Beta Epsilon's three annual philanthropy events: Sweetheart's Week, Mr. Alpha Phi, and Red Dress Gala. The proceeds for each of these events are donated to the Alpha Phi Foundation. As Director of Internal Philanthropies, I allotted that the Alpha Phi Foundation donate 45% of these funds to the American Heart Association or the Sarver Heart Foundation. Upon graduation, I will have been a part of raising $200,000 for women's heart health.

Realizing that I had more of a passion for shopping than I did for the actual retail industry, the summer I spent working for Alixandra Collections was pivotal in determining my career path. As a buyer, I spent the first half of my internship fillings orders, analyze market trends, and identifying store best-sellers. When I realized buying was not my passion, I was given the unique experience to spend the rest of my summer working with the marketing team. Through this, I gained experience in content creation and distribution across all social media platforms; web design through the Shopify eCommerce platform; and management of mass mailing lists.
