Nicole is a Leader with extensive experience in management, real estate coaching, public speaking, luxury production, and high-tech marketing savvy that produces results. Drawing upon a lineage in Houston real estate that began with her grandmother in the 1970s and continued with her parents, Nicole felt destined to enter the field and did so in 2010. Since then, she has been a property rights advocate on a mission to help Houstonians build generational wealth through real estate and has sold over 150 Million dollars in residential real estate. Nicole has many industry accolades, including being named in the Top 20 Under 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors®, RIS Media Newsmaker in 2018 and 2020, Inman Innovator of the Year in 2020, and she’s known for her out-of-the-box marketing strategies. Her dedication to her craft has led her to serve as the Director of the Texas Association of Realtors®, and is currently the Second Vice Chair for the Texas Realtors Political Action Committee®. She is a graduate from the Texas Realtors® Leadership Program and Commitment to Excellence Program (C2EX) from the National Association of Realtors. As the COO of White House Global Properties, Nicole heads a team of creative, outgoing advisors who take pride in helping people invest in real estate with integrity and an emphasis on First Class Service. She maximizes results with careful monitoring of performance metrics, ensuring that the team is advancing along every step of the way.
