I am the founder, owner, and operator of Luxcentric.Luxcentric is a productivity training company focusing on the digital office of independent professionals and small business owners.I started Luxcentric after being inspired by teaching my grandmother how to become more tech-savvy and realized I love working with business owners and individuals, no matter their technological skill, to teach them how to harness the power of technology and feel more productive in using their digital systems. Clients come to me when they are sick of wasting countless hours trying to figure it out for themselves and feeling stupid. I help them gain the core computer skills, productivity mindset, and train them on the Luxcentric digital organization system so they have a digital system that works for them and syncs with their devices for easy maintenance. As CEO, I enjoy engaging in the endless variety of strategic visioning, business development, marketing, operations, finance, program development, and client services. I stay engaged and up to date in technology and productivity topics by speaking to groups, actively participating in tech and productivity groups discussions and reading daily from articles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Gallup, technology, and more.I draw inspiration from my own experiences and wonderful authors like: David Allen (Getting Things Done), Stephen Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People), Michael Gerber (E-myth), and Atul Gawande (The Checklist Manifesto) that allows me to connect with business owners and individuals on their challenges with productivity, growth, and staying organized.

As technology guide, I am an active listener to my clients’ needs and developmental edges. I partner and guide them to navigate their technology with pragmatic, diligent, and thoughtful approaches to ensure we are addressing the core issues and creating sustainable solutions. As an avid learner, I am always learning something new to help my clients save time, stress, and gain access to key information that keeps their digital systems operating optimally. I’ve designed and regularly deliver the Digital Office Rescue workshop series to show people how to manage their email, calendar, files and contacts to increase their confidence, productivity, and maximize their business or computer systems for greater freedom and ease with technology. I also partner with individuals or groups to customize technology learning programs and offer “topic tackle” sessions to help people answer specific tech questions or manage specific issues they are experiencing for a focused, hands-on approach to getting answers or solutions in a timely manner, so they get back to their priorities. I work to simplify the complex and create effective, and sustainable solutions. With 20 years’ experience training people to use technology to do the things they want to do, I’ve enjoyed speaking and designing productivity training programs for groups and businesses to streamline their processes and work more effectively.
