Our mission at the GE Alliance is to help train and coach 1 million young entrepreneurs by 2026. Unfortunately, for billions of people around the world, Entrepreneurship is just a dream. It is something other people do. We hope to do this by offering a simple, but powerful, 5-day learning by doing a program that can be run in any language, for almost any type of business, online or in-person, by thousands of trainers worldwide.There are currently thousands (maybe even tens of thousands) of programs set up to support entrepreneurship education, but none are reaching millions of entrepreneurs. Why: they are expensive (almost all cost over $1000 per student), too long, and are hard to scale because they don't work with other programs and require highly skilled trainers. Our program covers the essentials in 5 days, costs less than $50 per student, and can be run easily by locals with minimal training.Perhaps most interesting for you, we are ready to share our content with ANY organization or person working with entrepreneurs. Our goal is NOT to replace any existing programs but to help any program that wants access to world-class content. With a collaboration mindset, we have decided to organize a 1-week mastermind workshop to work on the challenges of making entrepreneurship education affordable, scalable, and locally relevant. The objective of this event is to share a new way to teach an entrepreneurial mindset. We also want to promote collaboration by bringing together experts to work on some common challenges. The format is a 5- day sprint.
