A 2016 graduate from Penn State University with a B.S in Health Policy and Administration, focus in Public Health and Policy. Current Masters of Health Administration candidate at the Colorado State University with a passion for rural health and improving the quality of care in critical access hospitals.I work as a Federal Healthcare Contractor for the Quality Payment Program (QPP) under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). My scope of work includes drafting/maintaining written resources and webinars for various CMS models (QPP MIPS and Primary Care First), assisting with service center support tickets, facilitating internal training for government stakeholders, and supporting the data validation and audit contract. I primarily support the quality component with my background in quality measure development and Medicare Shared Savings Program (SSP) Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). I'm formally trained in the design and execution of Human Centered Design research projects that informs the development and quality improvement of policies, products, and programs.
