Manages the solid waste regulatory program that licenses private solid waste facilities across the region. Provides strategic leadership for the program and ensures compliance promotion and enforcement of the GVS&DD solid waste bylaws. Initiates legal or administrative action to address non-compliance. Technical and administrative engineering work related to the customer service, design, planning, construction and maintenance of sanitary sewer infrastructure.
