Led global security and risk managers towards consistent and efficient processes for risk assessment of software and hosted solutions. Led junior staff in key security and risk focused projects and operational efforts. Identified and introduced emerging technologies’ impact on business and enterprise risk. Realized cost savings by limiting data center assessments based on already published risk thresholds and third party audits. Led research into employee owned mobile device risks and determined architecture and configuration of mobile device management to mitigate risks making Textron one of the leading adopters in "BYOD" for mobile devices.

Primary engineer responsible for design, development, and operational support of the Access Request Process (ARP) based on Sun Identity Manager. ARP has connectivity to three major repositories (Active Directory, PeopleSoft, and Sun Enterprise Directory Server) and is responsible for managing over 50,000 identities across all operating units, providing access to innumerable applications. Also responsible for support of Sun Enterprise Directory Server and Single Sign On solutions.
