I'm a seasoned marketer and business strategist with over 25 years of experience in brand marketing, strategy and innovation. I've worked and consulted for global brands and start-ups across a range of industries, including CPG, social impact, private equity, luxury real estate, and retail, to solidify their brand strategy and accelerate their growth. In addition to working across private and publicly traded companies, I've pursued entrepreneurial ventures and have built product and service businesses from the ground up. Most recently, I've joined the team at Peerage Realty Partners to support the growth and performance of the Peerage partner organizations, combining my passion for scaling entrepreneurial businesses and my love for working with outstanding business leaders.I have also mentored entrepreneurs who want to launch and scale their brands and products. I'm proud to have launched the Productpreneur Podcast, featuring inspirational 'productpreneurs' and experts in the field, which ranked in the top 3% of podcasts globally. With a background in marketing strategy and product innovation, working with large global brands, such as Coca-Cola and Kraft Foods, as well as start-up brands, I have launched new products/services and scaled mature brands. I've worked on award-winning campaigns and have led double-digit growth with many of the brands that I've helped scale.One of my proudest achievements is launching a new product business in Australia, getting listed at the major retailers there, and growing it to $2 Million in sales.On a personal note, I have a passion for fitness, previously having competed and placed in fitness competitions, and I also love skiing, hiking, and anything active in the outdoors. I am a mom to three amazing children, which is my biggest accomplishment yet!
