In my current position, I lead a team of merchants and manage manage a multi-million-dollar business, across multiple product categories and design concepts within the upholstery sector. The focus in on creating product assortments that offer both basics and fashions with price points being well balanced across the line. In this position, I assisted in the management and operations of a multi-million-dollar business, across multiple product categories and design concepts. I create product assortments that offer both basics and fashion with price points being well balanced. I analyzed sales data and related indicators on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to determine and promote best sellers and reconcile/revitalize areas of improvement.A few of my accomplishments in this position include: I collaborated closely with the Manufacturing and Product Development teams to market, promote, and introduce new products twice annually. I priced the entire line of product, including 1400+ stock-keeping units (SKUs). I assisted in running the International, State Department, and Contract assortments to establish the most versatile and popular products to be utilized in each.

In this position, I submitted seasonal item set-up and photography plans and designs to wholesale partners. I promoted team building, personal growth and professional development of the direct report. I analyzed weekly sales and shipping reports, gathering information and data on successful style for future promotional and marketing purposes. I cooperated daily internally within the cross-functional Sales Team and externally with wholesale partners.
