I began with Richdale Apartments when they were constructing brand new rental communities in the Des Moines market. I was hired to market the communities and the Richdale brand of luxury apartment homes that was a new concept for the area. Through the years I have managed the day to day operations, trained and mentored all staff while upholding the Richdale brand through sales and marketing efforts and existing customer relations. As a result, the company has grown its penetration in this market.

Created and implemented marketing plan for commercial retail centers including creating a website, direct mail fliers, and building a contact database.Sought out new clients for the retail commercial center and negotiated lease terms.Collected rent from commercial tenants, created a newsletter, and administered CAM charge bread down spreadsheets.
