Sometimes these attributes come easily, even naturally. Sometimes they don’t though, and I have to gently remind myself this is the area of personal growth and opportunity that I delight in. I would be remiss to not use these challenging moments to grow, as my greatest learnings have come from these moments. I strive to bring authenticity, bravery and creativity into all of my endeavors. I am passionate in my desire to help others achieve their own goals for growth. Nothing is more rewarding for me than watching someone have an "aha moment" or successfully use a new skill. During my free time, I challenge myself with oil painting, playing tennis, and being beaten in chess weekly by a precocious ten year old.
