Hi, I'm Nicole! I bring 15 years of service industry experience to my real estate career, with the majority in event planning. I started my own event planning company, where I was fortunate enough to have built excellent relationships that provided my referral-based business. Being a part of my clients' most important life events and having their trust in executing their vision is something I do not take for granted, and I plan to bring the same level of attention to detail, support and industry knowledge to my real estate clients.I love homes: new homes, old homes, all styles and sizes. While building and renovating my personal homes over the years, I learned that I especially love the design process. I really wanted to learn more about construction and discovered a true passion for interior design. I followed that passion in 2019 when I said goodbye to the events industry and dove into real estate. I teamed up with a builder and became their in-house design consultant on new construction homes on Lake Oconee. I had the pleasure of working with the clients throughout the building process and guiding them on finish selections such as flooring, tile, cabinets, lighting, paint colors and hardware. To me, the next step was to get my real estate license and become a REALTOR® who can not only help with the buying and selling process but also be a resource when it comes to new construction, renovation or recognizing the 'good bones' in a home that just needs a little TLC. My ultimate goal is to bring value to my clients and help them realize their perfect vision of home.I am an Atlanta native and have enjoyed living in different parts of the city, but Candler Park is home with my husband and son. We are proud members of the Candler Park Neighborhood Organization and live for the neighborhood Halloween decorations! When I'm not binge-watching home renovation shows, you may find me trying my hand at golf at Druid Hills Golf Club or escaping to the North Georgia mountains and Lake Chatuge.If you are looking for an Intown property, lake home or even a mountain house, I'm your gal.
