I'm a marketing expert that has worked in all areas of marketing throughout my career. I'm passionate about technology with an even greater passion for health tech. I've been fortunate to have worked for companies at various stages: from startup to publicly traded.I've built and grown marketing departments from the ground up; basically starting from a white sheet of paper and making these departments my own. I've had to serve as the marketing swiss army knife at times by doing everything from conducting market research, building pitch decks, developing campaigns, writing press releases, posting on social, developing content for all the things, etc. It's valuable experience that has enabled me to be a successful and thoughtful leader because I know how to do it all.Even though I have worked at large companies and have managed large budgets, my experience with startups has made me the ultimate marketing optimization machine because you have to be lean and utilize what actually works. Big budgets are great because you can spend on all there is to offer in the marketing ecosystem. However, you have to be strategic and thoughtful on which components within the ecosystem will be the most effective for early and mid-stage companies. I'm the expert at choosing and optimizing those functions for growing companies.When I have created or resuscitated the marketing department for a company, they all had successful exits.
