I have worked in the mental health field since 2002. I have training in and use on a frequent basis, motivational interviewing, crisis management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), integrated dual diagnosis treatment (IDDT), & illness management & recovery (IMR). I have been a peer mentor, and have experience with group facilitation. I have developed exemplary documentation and reports throughout my career to comply with state and federal requirements. I have extensive experience in auditing and compliance with state and federal requirements. I have created training to teach staff various statute requirements and how they can apply it to daily work responsibilities.I have been apart of the multiple organization’s Diversity Committees from 2014-current.
