Projects include two large commercial daycare centers, ground-up car dealerships, church renovation, office fit-ups and highly regulated and permitted Supermarket in Downtown Historic Concord, MA.* Develop and prepare estimates, budgets, contracts, and subcontracts.* Prepare and file applications for permits, utilities and certificates of occupancy. * Compile and maintain organized system for bid packages and project closeout documents.* Review and manage engineering and coordination of design-build engineering and architectural drawings.* Oversee and report on job costs, variances and change orders.* Coordinate and manage purchasing, scheduling and accounting functions for multiple projects simultaneously.* Review, approve and submit shop drawings for structural, concrete, masonry, millwork, finish and MEP trades.* Conduct weekly site meetings with Project Superintendents and Subcontractors and maintain minutes and weekly progress reports for the project file and client.* Negotiate pricing with Subcontractors and value-engineer drawings when necessary or feasible.* Act as liaison between the Owner, Architect, Engineers and Town Officials from commencement and completion of each project mechanical trades.
