Nicole is a Partner in our Risk Advisory Services division with over 13 years' experience in Risk Advisory and ESG Consulting and Assurance services, including experience in RSM’s Los Angeles office. She is also RSM's National Sustainability Lead and plays a key role in driving RSM’s own sustainability agenda. Within ESG Consulting and Assurance services, Nicole is responsible for developing our capability and leading teams in conducting various ESG, climate change and sustainability related engagements. Most recently, she has been involved in undertaking climate change risk assessments and reviews which contribute to sustainability reporting, including aligning with best practice frameworks for both mandatory and voluntary reporting.In addition, Nicole is a Registered Greenhouse and Energy Auditor and has managed numerous engagements for the Clean Energy Regulator (“CER”) under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (“NGER”), Safeguard Mechanism, Renewable Energy Target (“RET”) and Emission Reduction Fund (“ERF”) schemes.Nicole is also responsible for the delivery of internal audit services (co-sourced and outsourced arrangements) to a range of public sector, private sector and ASX listed companies within Queensland and the Northern Territory. These services include operational, performance and compliance audits in accordance with annual and strategic internal audit plans.Nicole is also a member of RSM's National Diversity Taskforce where the vision is to create an inclusive workplace culture where everyone can achieve success which results in benefits for our staff, our clients and the firm.
