I am the Director of Operations & Certification Project Manager for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), a nonprofit that is partnered with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) to create a training and education standard, and a National Board Certification for the profession of health & wellness coaching.As Director of Operations, I am responsible for NBHWC's daily operations management, human resources, and adherence to rigorous business-management practices. I also organize and lead the organization’s budgeting and forecasting process. I strive to take the great ideas from the board of directors and implement processes to carry them out successfully. I work closely with NBHWC's Executive Director to move the organization forward. We strive to create a community of National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) to professionalize the field and integrate health and wellness coaches into the healthcare model.As the Certification Project Manager, I work closely with NBME to oversee all aspects of the NBHWC Board Exam including leading certification committees through all phases of test development, managing the business relationship NBME, and managing the recertification requirements and process for over 11,000 board certified health coaches.I also serve on the NBHWC Finance Committee and the NBHWC Certification Commission.

I manage Quickbooks Online for multiple companies on a contract basis. This includes monthly reconciling, report generation, and annual tax filings.

My role at Vergie Speed involved managing online scheduling software for an elite athlete gym. This included customer service, client scheduling, troubleshooting, and website management.
