Gateway Jax is a transformative downtown redevelopment expert. As a Development manager I work on all facets of development. In my current role I interface with a variety of design professionals, leasing agents, city liaisons, and contractors alike all in the name of building the best development we possibly can. Overseeing a project to ensure a smooth process from inception to completion is my specialty.From creative site analysis, preconstruction budgeting, to construction itself, this role is flexible and exciting on a day to day basis.

- Investigated potential project opportunities in various markets; completed due diligence studies to determine land use suitability, product compatibility, proving densities and creating preliminary proformas to recommend project feasibility to senior staff. - Created conceptual design layouts of multi family and commercial product before turning over to consultant teams. - Managed design consultants from planning phase to completion of construction documents, setting budgets, schedules, and design parameters. - Acted as Owner's Representative for all neighborhood meetings and governmental hearings. - Acted as Owner's Representative with General Contractors, managing budgets, change orders and schedules, as well as being liaison between GC and design team.

- Created and managed high quality designed community plans from the land purchasing phase to completed set of entitled and construction documents to turn over to construction management staff. - Responsible for creating and managing project schedules and budgets; forecasted long-term burn rate for communities ranging from approximately 27 to 400 lots. - Successfully managed all financial assurances, recordation fees, drainage fees, and any other financial resources required to get a project entitled.- Confidently represented Challenger Homes to stakeholders at community meetings, Planning Commission, City Council and various other instances with municipalities, organizations, and the general public.- Spearheaded the implementation of a physical and digital file management system for the department.
